Biography
Driven by a deep curiosity for visual storytelling, Stephen combines artistic expression with a keen interest in the human condition and how it can be explored through film. Stephen often experiments with unconventional shooting techniques and formats to create work that provokes thought and challenges traditional structures. Stephen holds an Undergraduate Degree in Digital Film Production and has worked with a range of clientele, both in photographic and cinematic disciplines.

Stephen's work has received recognition for its ability to break stigmas surrounding health. His chosen work includes; The Rule of Free (2025), Purple Life (2024) and Move More For Health (2023).


Recognised Work
Stephen's film, Purple Life (2024), gained recognition in the film festival circuit. It was part of the Official Selection for Buzz Cinema (2024) and Lift-Off Film Network (2024) as well as a double nominee in the 'Break the Stigma' and 'Experimental Film' categories at Sunrise Film Festival (2024). The film was designed to address Stephen's day to day life as a Photosensitive Epileptic and some of the emotions felt surrounding that.
